Very pretty, both the character and the picture itself. I love your use of colors, how they are muted and smooth in some places while being shiny and bright in others. The red highlights around her face really seems to draw the viewers attention to her expression, which (at least to me) looks just as menacing as it looks sultry; as if she could and would kill us with a bat of her eyelashes.

You're welcome! I think you did very well at portraying her anger in a subtle way; the way that her eyes are focused on the viewer and her mouth is opened just enough so that we can see her teeth is very fitting to a villainess.
