Another dragon... I worked on the bg for hours @_@ and I'm still not quite satisfied with the cloudBut for the whole picture, I am satisfied yes. I got inspiration from this song here : [link] and it has the same title too.

Nice light source you have here. From experience, I can tell it can be quite difficult to work with light that comes right at the viewer. It fits this theme perfectly, though. Creates the right atmosphere.
(I realize I'm commenting on an older piece and you may have improved in the meantime, but I'm going to say this anyway X)) You're right, the cloud is bothering me a bit. I think it is because it reaches all the way to the sea. That may give it more of a mountain-y look. I think it would be better if it didn't "touch" the ocean, so to speak.
I do think you did a great job on the rocks and the water. They look marvelous in this kind of light.
The only thing I would also mention, is the length of the legs of your dragon. They seem to be a bit short. I mean, if he'd walk somewhere, it would take him hours X)

Thanks for the crit! ^^ And I see you're right - the legs ARE too short there, but, as you said it is an old piece and I wasn't so improved with dragon anatomy back then.

And I'll try out to give some critique too:
Overall this piece looks amazing and well done, but you
could have mixed the highlights with the original
colours a bit to make the light seem more softer on everything.
The sun rays are fine as they are, but there could be more going on to
the left, "outside" of the picture, so it would seem more natural.
These are pretty much everything negative I can see here.
The water looks great, alongside with the other terrains and the dragon.
