These days have been difficult again... Last year, I started improving my sleep routine and exercising to improve my mental health, and it really helped a lot. I'm very anxious and have depressive tendencies, besides overthinking and feeling everything to the fullest. But these past few days have been extremely difficult to simply go back to the gym again; I'm going less, and intrusive thoughts have been coming back more often I've been sleeping poorly, but the worst part is not seeing motivation anymore for everything I was doing, even though I knew it had made me feel much better. Uff, I just don't want to feel like this anymore, you know? I know bad days are normal, but the problem is that it's a feeling that knocks me down and leaves me feeling bad for a long time. I'm trying to get back to my routine, or just think that everything is okay, but I'm really losing the fight I hope I can feel good again and not be afraid of everything, as it has been these days. I just wanted to share with you a little bit of how I feel; I hope you're doing well 🩷
