this summer REALLY is very strange. but for this shot i got up at 5 am on january 1st and drove to the belgian coast in a very surreal setting. frost and snow and maybe a dozen other vehicles on the road for the first 200 km, or so ....

Oh that's too bad. In June we call Pennsylvania the Land of Endless Rain. But July and August are usually dry. With the occasional thunderstorm and tornado.
On the bright side, rain fills the reservoirs and the water table. Here for example I can take a 30 minute shower if I feel like it. In other parts of the country people are forbidden to water their lawns.

Industrial eclairs with icing! Such a lovely contrast between the orange stripes in front and the solid black behind, plus so many little details - a bit of red, abrasions, even a strange face in the orange stripe in the bottom lower left.
