Training piece for the INSANELY patient Crashfurs - who was kind enough to let me traumatise their characters in the pursuit of good art and my practicing drawing humans <3

EEP I'll be honest people are a very weak area of mine and as a result this took way longer than a piece this size would normally take. I find that I can just draw kukus and animals without really having to think about it, but to draw humans I need approximatley 965.2 reference images, about half a year's supply of tea, a large blanket and someone holding my hand and telling me its all gonna be ok. But, hey, backgrounds were a weak area of mine 2 years ago and I sorted that problem in the end! Just gotta keep practicing o Wo9 This piece has really helped boost my confidence in producing art of humans and also with just, being confident enough to show you guys and post the damn thing thank you crashy ilu

XIV - Play Nice with Others
You can’t usually get too far in life without some kind of social skills. Whether you’re interacting with your loaf, your handler, or a potential mate, it pays off to know how to behave with others.
° Draw or write about one of the first times your Kukuri encountered strangers, and how they responded. Were they a natural charmer? Did things begin tense but smooth out with time? Or was it a total disaster?
I have no idea how Antonio and my proffessional gambler Hasai happened to be frequenting the same pretty tea shop (?? - is that where it is? let's go with that), but what I do know is that Teki loves new friends - especially interesting little aerials. The only other aerial Teki has ever come across is his little gremlin of a mate Jara , so he just had to drag his dad over to check out the little floofball. Hasai, dear, not everyone likes to say hi to that smug reprobate - you better be keeping good hold of that leash. Ant doesnt seem to impressed by any of this, possibly even less than Suki is - but then she's the one getting the full force of Teki's - ahem - 'smile'... I havnt worked out yet whether Ant's about to tell Hasai to piss off or write him a strongly worded letter of complaint...
