Sonic The Hedgehog in Hi-Fi Rush

In a tall building The Hard Boiled Heavies look at the Future-like city.

“Look at this. With it’s technology we can surpass Eggman.” Says Heavy Rider.

“Indeed. Not even the Hedgehog will stop us.” Says Heavy King.

The next day, Sonic is in the city looking at its many environments.

“This place is huge! I bet Eggman wants to take this place over.” Says Sonic.

Suddenly an explosion goes off in a nearby building!

Sonic races to the building to see if everyone is ok.

He sees people trapped by the flames and wreckage.

“Hang on everyone! I’ll get you out of here!” Says Sonic.

He uses his speed to get everyone out safely.

“Ok that’s everyone. But I wonder who’s behind this.” Says Sonic.

He turns around and sees The Hard Boiled Heavies!

“Sonic the Hedgehog, it’s been a while.” Says Heavy King.

“Yes. Did you miss us?” Asks Heavy Magician.

“Not really. Anyway, are you with Eggman?” Asks Sonic.

“No. Not anymore. We decided to take this city and destroy you!” Says Heavy King.

And with that, they charge at Sonic.

On the other side of the city, Chai is playing his Guitar as he has some ideas for new songs. Suddenly he hears explosions.

“Theres a fight going on? I’d better find out what’s going on.” Says Chai.

And so he goes towards the fighting.

Sonic continues to fight The Hard Boiled Heavies.

“You’re good after all this time! But now the game is over.” Says Heavy King.

Heavy King prepares to attack Sonic but Chai leaps into the sky and hits Heavy King with his guitar!

“How dare you hit me Human!” Says Heavy King.

“Well someone’s got an ego!” Says Chai.

Chai looks around and see Sonic.

“Wow, a Hedgehog!” Says Chai.

“Save the surprise for later! We need to get rid of these can openers!” Says Sonic.

“Alright, let’s do this!” Says Chai.

And with that both Sonic and Chai charge at The Hard Boiled Heavies!

After a few minutes of fighting, both Sonic and Chai are winning the fight.

“So, you guys ready to give up?” Asks Sonic.

“We’ll let you have this battle, but we’ve already won the war!” Says Heavy King.

They fly into the Sky and split up heading to different parts of the city.

Chai receives a call from his friend Peppermint.

“You’d better get over here now! Something big is happening!” Says Peppermint.

“Ok, but I think I’m gonna bring someone with me.” Says Chai.

And so the two go to a secret hideout to meet with Chai’s other friends named Macaron, Korica, CNMN, and Peppermint.

“There you are! We have a problem.” Says Peppermint.

“Let me guess, some crazy robots are trying to take over the city.” Says Chai.

“How did you know?” Asks Peppermint.

“I met them earlier. I also met this blue hedgehog.” Says Chai.

The group looks at Sonic.

“What kind of Hedgehog is that?” Asks Korica.

“The kind that’s gonna stop The Hard Boiled Heavies.” Says Sonic.

“That’s right, me and this Hedgehog are going to take back this city.” Says Chai.

“The name’s Sonic by the way.”

“Oh right. Anyway where do we get started?” Asks Chai.

“I’ll take you to the location of those robots with this device.” Says Macaron.

“Ok, thanks.” Says Chai.

“Good luck you two.” Says Peppermint.

And with that, the device teleports them to the city.

The two go to the streets to find one of the Hard Boiled Heavies.

They see Heavy Rider riding his bike.

“He’s going too fast! He could run someone over.” Says Chai.

Sonic uses his Speed to catch up to Heavy Rider.

“Pull over now!” Says Sonic.

“I don’t think so!” Says Heavy Rider.

Heavy Rider attempts to attach Sonic but Sonic quickly dodges.

“You won’t be the fastest thing alive for much longer!” Says Heavy Rider.

After a few minutes of fighting Sonic destroyed Heavy Rider’s bike giving Chai the opportunity to hit Heavy Rider with his guitar forcing him to fly into the wall.

“Sorry but your ride’s over!” Says Chai.

They’re about to capture Heavy Rider but he suddenly teleports away.

“How’d that happen?” Asks Chai.

“Don’t know. But at least the streets are safe.” Says Sonic.

“You’re right, let’s go to our next destination.” Says Chai.

They go to a Circus to find people being drained of their energy.

“Who could do this?” Asks Chai.

“That would be me.” Says Heavy Magician.

Heavy Magician appears in a puff of smoke.

“You do realize you’re making these people feel sick right?” Says Chai.

“I’m creating the perfect show. Their energy will make it better.” Says Heavy Magician.

“Not really, you’re just making them not want to be at your show.” Says Sonic.

“How dare you! It seems I’ll have to teach you some manners.” Says Heavy Magician.

After a few minutes of fighting, Heavy Magician was left on his knees. The Energy returned to the people.

“When are you gonna learn? Draining people’s energy isn’t a good business model.” Says Sonic.

“Yeah, tell us where the rest of your Hard Boiled Heavies are!” Says Chai.

“You must understand, a magician never reveals his secrets.” Says Heavy Magician as he teleports away.

“They did it again!” Says Chai.

“At least the people are safe.” Says Sonic.

“Yeah, You’re right about that.” Says Chai.

Meanwhile in The Hard Boiled Heavies’ base, Heavy King hears of Heavy Rider and Magician’s failures.

“I see that you didn’t get rid of the human and the Hedgehog. No matter, this is all part of my master plan to take over this city.” Says Heavy King.

Heavy King summons Heavy Gunner and Heavy Shinobi.

“Take care of those two.” Says Heavy King.

The two Heavies leave the base.

In a skyscraper, Sonic and Chai are looking over the city to find the remaining Heavies.

“Any luck?” Asks Sonic.

“No. Not yet.” Says Chai.

“With our luck they’ll come to us.” Says Sonic.

Sonic looks towards the trees and sees Heavy Shinobi.

“There you are!” Says Sonic.

Sonic runs towards the trees to fight Heavy Shinobi.

“Greetings Hedgehog. I’ve been expecting you.” Says Heavy Shinobi.

Behind Sonic, Heavy Gunner prepares to fire a Rocket Launcher at Sonic but Chai quickly intervenes and hits Gunner with his guitar.

“I’ve got your back! They were about to shoot you from behind.” Says Chai.

“Unbelievable! These jerks have no honor.” Says Sonic.

“Honor is outdated! To win you must do anything!” Says Heavy Shinobi.

Heavy Gunner joins Shinobi.

“Ok, two on two. We’ll take those odds.” Says Chai.

After a few minutes of fighting, both Heavy Gunner and Shinobi lay on the ground.

“Tell us where your King is!” Says Sonic.

“He’s in a base and he’ll be expecting you. Last time you fought him you got lucky. But now he’s stronger than before.” Says Heavy Gunner.

And with that, both Heavy Gunner and Shinobi teleport away.

“Looks like there’s only one more Hard Boiled Heavy to take care of. That’s gonna be the King himself.” Says Chai.

“Ya got that right. So let’s not keep him waiting.” Says Sonic.

And with that they go to the base.

It was midnight. Sonic and Chai had made it to the base and they quickly entered only to be met with Heavy King.

“I’ve been expecting you.” Says Heavy King.

“Then you know that we’re gonna beat you!” Says Sonic.

“You fool. Did you not expect that I was planning for this from the beginning? I knew that you would defeat the others. So I drained their energy to become stronger.” Says Heavy King.

He revealed all the Hard Boiled Heavies that had been defeated before. They were covered in wires.

“Dude that’s harsh! They’re your teammates!” Says Chai.

“Do not be concerned with them. They will be restored as long as they know who’s in charge.” Says Heavy King.

“Sorry but you’re not going to be in charge any longer.” Says Sonic.

And with that Sonic and Chai charge at Heavy King.

After a few minutes of fighting, Heavy King was on his knees only to pick himself up just as quickly.

“You play a good game. But this game is over!” Says Heavy King.

Heavy King presses a button activating the power absorbers attached to the rest of the Heavies! Their machine parts begin to magnetize to Heavy King and he becomes a giant!

The two continue fighting Heavy King until King grabs Chai.

“That guitar of yours is becoming a nuisance! I will crush it and you permanently!” Says Heavy King.

Chai throws the Guitar at Heavy King but King moves his head out of the way, dodging it.

Sonic leaps into the air and grabs the Guitar swinging it and slamming it into Heavy King’s head!

Heavy King collapses on the ground defeated.

“Looks like your reign is over King.” Says Sonic.

“If I’m going down then I’ll take you both with me!” Says Heavy King.

He presses another button initiating a self-destruct sequence. All the doors shut and lock!

“You’re speed won’t save you this time! You cannot escape!” Says Heavy King.

Sonic looks around and sees a small window. He grabs Chai and with his help the smash the window making their speedy escape before the base explodes!

“That was a close one.” Says Chai.

The next day, Chai plays his guitar while Sonic enjoys the tunes.

“So, any new ideas for a song?” Asks Sonic.

“Still thinking about it. I always wanted to be a Rockstar.” Says Chai.

“I’m sure you’ll be one soon enough Chai. Just follow your dream and don’t lose yourself.” Says Sonic.

“I will.” Says Chai.

And so, both Sonic and Chai fistbump.
