Robocop in Midnight ResistanceIn a laboratory, scientists attempt to revive someone while red alerts blare in the background.
“It’s too much! We have to stop now!” Says one of the scientists.
“No! Not yet! We’re almost there!” Says another Scientist.
The individual on the slab quickly sits up opening their eyes!
“What happened to my body?” Asks the person.
“Your body was destroyed. We had to create a new one for you.” Says the Scientist.
“I see… In that case we must get our revenge on those who destroyed my original body.”
“It will be done, King Crimson.” Says the scientist.
Meanwhile, Robocop makes his way to a factory on a narcotics investigation.
Robocop exits his squad car and walks to the entrance, opening the door and meet’s with his informant, Pickles.
“Tell me, what narcotics are being produced here and why?” asks Robocop.
“I’ll tell you, but not in the open.” Says the Pickles.
They go to a small room and close the windows and doors, ensuring that they have full privacy.
“There’s a guy named King Crimson, he’s the one making these drugs. He once captured a family but two brothers merced him. I don’t know how he’s back but somehow he’s back. I think his followers brough him back. Says Pickles.
“I see, these brothers must know of a way to stop this King Crimson.” Says Robocop.
Suddenly soldiers storm the building with guns drawn!
“You stay here, I’ll handle the hostiles.” Says Robocop.
Robocop goes to the soldiers.
“Drop your weapons or there will be trouble!” Demands Robocop.
The soldier ignore and fire upon Robocop with great hostility!
“My turn!” Says Robocop as he returns fire.
All of the soldiers are left on the ground.
“That takes care of those thugs. Now I must find the brothers responsible for Crimson’s downfall.” Says Robocop.
Meanwhile King Crimson hears of the failure of his soldiers.
“So, one SINGLE Police Officer destroyed an entire squadron of my elite soldiers!” Says King Crimson.
“He’s not just any normal cop, he’s cyborg and his armor is near impenetrable! And now he’s looking for those responsible for destroying you in the past!” Says the scientist.
“This could be a perfect opportunity, we will find him and he will lead them to us.” Says King Crimson.
Elsewhere, Robocop’s investigation leads him to a house. He knocks on the door and is greeted by the two brothers.
“You must be the ones responsible for defeating King Crimson.” Says Robocop.
“Yeah? What about him?” Asks one of the brothers.
“I’m afraid somehow he has returned.” Says Robocop.
“No way… His body was destroyed. How’s that even possible?” Asks the second brother.
Suddenly, three stealth helicopters make their presence known and open fire upon the three!
The three quickly enter the home and arm themselves!
“Looks like we’re in this together! The name’s Johnny Ford! This is my brother Malcolm!”
The two brother’s each grab a bazooka and fire upon the helicopters!
In large fireballs the helicopters come crashing to the earth below!
One pilot crawls out of the rubble along the ground.
Robocop walks with large mechanical thunks towards the pilot and lifts him over his head by his Kevlar vest.
“Where is Crimson?!?” Demands Robocop.
“That’s the least of your concerns…. Even as we speak, a battle ship is sailing towards Detroit readying to open fire on the city….and I don’t think speed is your specialty Tin Man…” Says the Pilot.
“We got a car, we’ll take you there!” Says Johnny.
And so the three make their way to the car with haste and drive to the water front!
Once they reach the water front they commandeer a boat and sail to the battleship, climbing aboard.
The captain points his cannons at the city, ordering his men to load any and all ammunition into them in preparation for their assault on the city!
“Just a few more minutes and this city will be nothing but ashes and a few craters.” Says the Captain.
The captain readies to give the order on the intercom when Robocop bursts into the door grabbing the Captain and tossing him!
“You are under arrest for compliance in an act of terrorism.” Says Robocop.
The Captain orders his soldiers to come to the command deck to assist him, however Johnny and Malcolm fight the soldiers!
“Well, if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself.” Says The Captain.
The Captain grabs an Assault Rifle and fires upon Robocop!
Robocop fires back, all of the Captain’s bullets having bounced off of his armor.
A shot tears into the Captain’s leg taking him down.
“You will not cause anymore trouble.” Says Robocop.
Both Johnny and Malcolm join Robocop.
“We took care of the soldiers in this ship.” Says Johnny.
“That’s excellent news.” Says Robocop.
Suddenly, a hologram message from King Crimson appears before them.
“We meet again, I know it’s been a while but I am quite glad to see you.” Says King Crimson.
“Crimson?!?! You look…different.” Says Malcolm.
“Yes. My old body was destroyed thanks to you. But now, I’m back in business.” Says King Crimson.
“You’re the one responsible for all these drugs.” Says Robocop.
“Yes, the Narcotics business is good. Some customers may die or become addicts having to do what they can for their next fix, but that’s all a necessary part of the machine.” Says King Crimson.
“We’ll find a way to stop you for good.” Says Johnny.
“No I think not frankly. This is the part where you all die.” Says King Crimson.
They look outside and see a Bomber Jet coming towards them!
It fires a missile and the group quickly leap off of the ship narrowly missing the explosion.
“That was a close call.” Says Johnny.
They swim back to the surface.
Robocop walks to one of the dead soldiers and finds a map on his person.
“This must be the way to their hideout.” Says Robocop.
“Good. It’s time to finish them once and for all!” Says Johnny.
And with that they enter their car and drive to the next location.
Meanwhile at the base, King Crimson builds a giant robotic body.
One of his Soldiers walks to him.
“Sir, the attack on the ship failed. They survived.” Says the Soldier.
“Stubborn fools aren’t they?” Says King Crimson.
“That’s not all. They found one of our maps and are coming this way.” Says the soldier.
“I expected that to happen. That’s why I’m building this machine. It’s going to tear them apart.” Says King Crimson.
He enter the machine and takes control of it.
“I look forward to their arrival.” Says King Crimson.
Outside, the three drive to the base with haste.
Once there, they enter and are immediately antagonized by soldiers!
The three fire at the soldiers and progress forward into the base!
“King Crimson has to be here somewhere!” Says Johnny.
“I have the feeling that he will be expecting us.” Says Robocop.
They enter the main chamber and are met face to face with King Crimson… inside his newly crafted giant robot!
“I’m glad you’re here. What do you think about my latest creation?” Asks King Crimson.
“It’s going to cause a lot of damage to the city. We cannot allow that.” Says Robocop.
“Come now, machines are the future. You of all people should know that. My criminal empire will grow and thrive, into every city, and every state in the country.” Says King Crimson.
“We knew you were mad, but not THIS far gone.” Says Malcolm.
“You and your brother stood in my way, but this time I will remove both of you permanently! You and that cop!” Says King Crimson.
After a few minutes of fighting, the giant robot is left on its knees.
“This won’t stop me! I will become the Kingpin of all Criminal enterprises!” Says King Crimson.
“Here’s your crown, Creep.” Says Robocop.
Robocop uses his advance targeting system to Ricochet a well placed bullet between three walls. Finally meeting the end of it’s journey. In Crimson’s Cranium!
“I don’t think he’s coming back from that…” Says Johnny.
“Indeed he won’t.” Says Malcolm.
The next day, the police confiscate and dispose of Crimson’s narcotics.
The three heroes return to Detroit.
“King Crimson is gone, but crime’s still an issue.” Says Johnny.
“I know. However we mustn’t give up on the good people of this city.” Says Robocop.
“I guess you’re right about that.” Says Malcolm.
“The Detroit Police force would be lucky to have you two gentlemen among its ranks. If you showed interest.” Says Robocop.
“Thanks for the offer Murph, but we think it’s time we hang up the weaponry and kick our boots up for good.” Says Johnny.
“I understand. You two have earned that much.” Says Robocop.
And so, the Ford brothers go to their vehicle and drive off on their new journey. Pleasant retirement.
Robocop, ever the dutiful Officer, returns to the city, ready to Serve the Public Trust, Protect the Innocent, and Uphold the Law.
