Ratchet and Clank in The Galaxy Rangers

In a Space Colony, the Queen of the Crown captures space creatures.

“Excellent. They’ll be perfect slaves for my empire.” Says the Queen.

She puts the creatures into mysterious crystals to absorb their life force.

Meanwhile, Ratchet and Clank make their way to a different universe after hearing of strange occurrences that if left unchecked could affect their universe.

“This must be it.” Says Clank.

“Indeed, let’s find out what’s going on.” Says Ratchet.

Suddenly they see a giant space battle and decide to check out the commotion.

One of the ships attempts to shoot at Ratchet only to be met with Ratchet’s returned fire!

Another ship attempts to communicate with Ratchet.

“You’re a good pilot! Think you can help us?” Asks the Pilot.

“Sure!” Says Ratchet.

And so Ratchet and his new allies team up and defeat the antagonists.

A giant ship appears…

“Everyone, it’s time to come in.” Says the presumed commanding officer.

And so everyone regroups in the Giant Ship.

While inside of the ship, Ratchet and Clank see four human beings.

“You must be the pilots.” Says Ratchet.

“Indeed we are. We are the Galaxy Rangers. My name is Zachery Foxx and these are my friends Niko, Shane Gooseman, and Walter Hartford.”

“Tell us, who exactly are you fighting?” Asks Clank.

“Those were soldiers of The Queen of the Crown. She’s abused her power and is now enslaving Aliens from other planets. It’s our job to put an end to it.” Says Zachery.

“I see, well in that case you can count on us!” Says Ratchet.

“Thank you. We could always use more help.” Says Walter.

Meanwhile, the Queen hears of her soldiers’ defeat.

“It’s infuriating! How can I rule the galaxy if those blasted Rangers keep getting in my way!” Says the Queen.

One of her advisor arrives and gives her some strategic insight.

“Maybe we should ambush them. We outnumber them significantly.” Says the Advisor.

“Sounds like an interesting strategy, but they always find a way.” Says the Queen.

“Perhaps we can offer one of the Rangers his inner most desires, his Wife.” Says the Advisor.

“Excellent idea!” Says the Queen.

Back in the ship, the group tries to figure our the location of the Queen.

“Do you think that she may be on one of those planets?” Asks Clank.

“Possibly, but she always eludes our grasp.” Says Shane.

“Well, she can’t hide forever.” Says Ratchet.

Suddenly, their main screen activates on it’s own and reveals The Queen of the Crown.

“Galaxy Rangers! I have proposition for one of you.” Says the Queen.

“What do you mean?” Asks Zachery.

“I have the Psychocrystal containing your Wife! Come to this planet that I’ve marked for you on the map onscreen.” Says the Queen.

“I don’t like this one bit. It could be a trap.” Says Shane.

“We have to take that chance… for her sake.” Says Zachery.

And so, they go to their new destination.

They land on the mysterious planet.

“This must be the place.” Says Niko.

“The question is, where’s the Queen?” Asks Ratchet.

Suddenly, Soldiers come from the out of the ground and surround the group!

One of the soldiers shows a hologram of the Queen.

“At last! I’ve finally got you!” Says the Queen.

“Where’s my Wife?!?” Demands Zachery.

“She’s inside one of my Psychocrystals.” Says the Queen.

“You’ve got to be the ugliest and most despicable Queens in the Galaxy, you know that?!?” Says Ratchet.

“How DARE you! No one talks to me like that! I will enjoy seeing you perish vile creature!” Says the Queen.

“The name’s Ratchet lady! And I always get out of tight spots!”

Ratchet activates a force field around the group and beings shooting at the Queen’s Soldiers!

“Fire back you FOOLS!” Screams the Queen.

The soldiers fire back but their lasers reflect right back at them due to Ratchet’s force field!

“Looks like your Soldiers aren’t too bright!” Says Ratchet.

“I must admit I’ve underestimated you. But I still have his wife! And you will NOT escape this planet alive!” Says the Queen.

A giant Scorpion Robot appears from out of the ground!

“Stand back everyone! I’ve got this!” Says Ratchet.

And so Ratchet charges at the Giant Scorpion Robot.

After a few minutes of fighting, the Giant Scorpion Robot is significantly damaged and falls to the ground.

Walter walks to the damaged Scorpion Robot.

“I can use the date in the Robot’s CPU to find the location of the Queen.” Says Walter.

“Sounds like a good idea.” Says Clank.

Meanwhile, the Queen sees the destruction of her prized Robot.

“They’re still alive! I would’ve destroyed them if it weren’t for that Ratchet!” Says the Queen.

She sees her ships landing in her Kingdom and aliens exit.

“My Queen, these aliens will be great slaves.” Says one of her soldiers.

“Excellent, Make them work immediately! The Galaxy Rangers will be here very soon.” Says the Queen.

Elsewhere, the group is in their ship.

Zachery thinks about his wife. Ratchet and Clank walk to him.

“You’re thinking about her aren’t you?” Says Ratchet.

“Yes. Her name is Eliza. She was captured and her mind and soul were imprisoned in one of these Psychocrystals. Her body is still alive, but if we don’t get that Psychocrystal, she’ll never wake up again. It’s my fault that we fell into her trap.” Says Zachery.

“You mustn’t blame yourself. You only want your wife back.” Says Clank.

“Thank you for understanding. I promise, we WILL save her. And this Galaxy.” Says Zachery.

Niko walks to the three.

“We’ve reached our destination you guys.” Says Niko.

They look at the Planet.

“They have a lot of soldiers, and a whole lot of Slaves.” Says Walter.

“I know, it won’t be easy. But there’s a saying. No guts, no glory. It’s now or never.” Says Zachery.

And with that, they go to their ships and take off.

In a cave, the soldiers are enslaving aliens. They force the Aliens to dig for crystals.

“FASTER! Work harder for the Queen!” Says one of the Soldiers.

One of the soldiers prepares to whip the Aliens when Zachery grabs the whip suddenly and punches the soldier in the face!

“That’s enough out of you!” Says Zachery.

The rest of the group appears and they begin to free the enslaved Aliens!

“Thank you! But more soldiers will come!” Says one of the Aliens.

“Don’t worry, we’ll take care of them.” Says Ratchet.

“Do you know where the queen is?” Asks Clank.

“She’s in her throne room.” Says one of the Aliens.

“Ok, we need to get these Aliens out of here. I’ll take care of the Queen!” Says Zachery.

“Clank and I will come with you!” Says Ratchet.

“Ok!” Says Zachery.

And so the three go to the Queen’s throne room.

Inside of the throne room the Queen hears explosions and the door is knocked over. She then sees Ratchet, Clank, and Zachery enter.

“Well, I knew you would come here eventually. But I didn’t expect you to be this bold.” Says the Queen.

“This is the end of your rule! You’ll never harm the Galaxy again.” Says Zachery.

“Think again! I have the Psychocrystal belonging to your wife. If you serve me, I will free her.” Says the Queen.

“I have a better idea!” Says Ratchet.

Ratchet boosts his way to the Queen and swiftly grabs the Psychocrystal!

“Well done! Now there’s only one thing to do, defeat the Queen once and for all!” Says Zachery.

“Fools! Do not think that I will be defeated that easily! I have absorbed enough energy from my Psychocrystals that I will become a Goddess!” Says the Queen.

She presses a button and all of her Psychocrystals are activated!

Her body begins to overflow with pink energy.

“Come, your final act is upon you!” Says the Queen.

After a few minutes of fighting, the Queen loses power and falls to her knees.

Clank deactivates the Psychocrystal machine.

“NO! This cannot be! You cannot destroy my empire!” Says the Queen.

“It’s over! The Galaxy is free from your evil!” Says Zachery.

“Never! I’ll destroy you!” Says the Queen.

She charges at the three! But Zachery strikes her dead center with ferocity! Forcing her to slam into the wall behind her!

“If I’m to be defeated… then I’ll take you all with me!” Says the Queen.

She presses another button activating a self-destruct sequence for her entire palace!

“I hate it when they do that!” Says Ratchet.

And so the three quickly escape!

They join the rest of the group as they take off into space together!

The castle explodes with the Queen inside!

“How are the Aliens?” Asks Clank.

“They’re all safe. All they need is to get back to their homes.” Says Walter.

The next day, Zachery puts the Psychocrystal up to Eliza. It glows pink and she awakens from her long slumber.

“Is it really you?” Asks Eliza.

“Yes, it’s me. We finally saved you. And the Galaxy.” Says Zachery.

Ratchet and Clank watch them unite.

“I want to thank you two for helping us by stopping the Queen.” Says Zachery.

“You are welcome.” Says Clank.

“There is a place for you both in the Galaxy Rangers.” Says Zachery.

“Thanks for the offer. But we have to get back to our own universe.” Says Ratchet.

“I understand. Good luck on your travels.” Says Zachery.

And so Ratchet and Clank go to their ship, and take off.
