Optimus Prime In MotorcityIn a futuristic city, a person named Abraham Kane creates giant weapons.
“How long until the weapons are fully operational?” Asks Abraham.
“It will take just a few more minutes.” Says one of the scientists.
“The sooner the better.” Says Abraham.
Meanwhile in the underground city, Optimus Prime cruises in his Truck form. He looks at the people around him.
“I wonder how they arrived to at this point.” Says Optimus.
Suddenly he sees giant robots invade the underground city, terrorizing the people!
“The robots may have come with ill intentions. The people will suffer! I cannot allow that to happen!” Says Optimus as he accelerates to the robots.
Five cars drive to the robots.
“Here they come guys!” Says the leader of the five.
The five cars battle the invading robots. Optimus joins them.
“Is there a place we can take this battle as to prevent the harm of innocents?!?” Asks Optimus.
“I think so! There’s an arena nearby, follow me!” Says the Leader.
“We must go at once!” Says Optimus.
So they make haste to the arena and quickly defeat all of the robots.
One giant robot appears before them and prepares to attack but Optimus quickly transforms into his true form and destroys the giant robot with one mighty punch!
The five cars look at Optimus.
“Ok, that’s cool!” Says the Leader.
“Tell me, why do the people live here in this underground city?” Asks Optimus.
“Well you see, this is the only place where we can have freedom. Up there? The land is being ruled by Abraham Kane. He rules with an iron fist. The people don’t know that they’re being controlled.” Says the Leader.
“That certainly explains a lot. I will help you free the people from his rule.” Says Optimus.
“Thanks! My name is Mike Chilton. These are my friends Chuck, Julie Kopulsky Kane, Dutch Gordy, and Texas.”
Little do they know, they’re being watched from the shadows by someone. He goes back to the futuristic city above to meet with Abraham.
“Don’t tell me the robots were turned into scrap metal.” Says Abraham.
“Not just that, I think you need to see this.” Says the spy.
He reveals to Abraham a hologram of Optimus Prime.
“What is that?!?” Asks Abraham.
“I don’t know sir. But whatever it is, it’s been sighted with Mike Chilton.” Says the Spy.
“If it’s with them then we’ll have to get rid of it.” Says Abraham.
Back in the underground, the group shows Optimus how they operate.
“As you can see, we go to the surface to stop whatever Abraham is up to.” Says Mike.
“I see, does he attack the underground often?” Asks Optimus.
“No, only sometimes.” Says Mike.
“Hey guys, we have a problem.” Says Chuck.
They turn on the television and see that Abraham has an announcement.
“Everyone, our enemies have continued to stand in our way of making progress. As for today, I want you all to work hard! We will not rest until we bring these criminals to justice.” Says Abraham.
“He can’t do this! He’s going to work these people to death!” Says Julie.
“Then we need to find a way to stop him!” Says Optimus.
And with that they go to their cars and journey to the Surface.
While on the surface, Optimus shows concern over Julie.
“Is everything alright with her?” Asks Optimus.
“Yeah. Julie is, Abraham’s daughter. She was hoping to change his ways. But I don’t think that’s ever going to happen.” Says Mike.
“It must be a heavy burden.” Says Optimus.
The group makes it to a factory. They see the people being hooked up to helmets that put their minds into robots.
“Ok, that’s creepy.” Says Dutch.
“Yeah, and not in the cool way.” Says Texas.
“Let’s find a way to get these people out of these robots.” Says Mike.
They go inside of the factory and go to the main computer to hack it. They manage to turn off the helmets, and the people slowly wake back up.
“There! These people may feel a bit dizzy after that but they’ll be ok.” Says Julie.
Suddenly, red alerts begin to blare! The group quickly go back to their cars and drive off!
However, Abraham appears with his army of Robots.
“Mike, it’s been a while. I see you’ve brought a pretty big fella with you.” Says Abraham.
“I, am Optimus Prime. What you are doing is wrong. Using these people to enslave them.”
“I’m not enslaving them, I’m protecting them from themselves!” Says Abraham.
“You were about to destroy our homes!” Says Mike.
“You mean that old dump?!? I did it because it was the only way to make progress! Progress that improves the lives of billions!” Says Abraham.
“No! There is no progress in sacrificing innocent people!” Says Optimus.
“Let’s agree to disagree. Right now, I’ve finally got you all where I want you.” Says Abraham.
Abraham orders his robots to attack. Optimus shoots a massive hole in the wall next to them and the five drive through.
“Don’t just stand there, GET THEM!!!” Says Abraham.
The group drives to their hideout with the robots behind them giving chase!
“We can’t go to the underground and risk them following us!” Says Optimus.
“Then we’ll just have to split up!” Says Mike.
And so, the group go their separate ways in order to give the robots a distraction.
They go to different places throughout the city. The robots begin to lose power and suddenly fall to the ground depleted.
“Alright everyone, I think we’re safe.” Says Mike.
The others drive to the underground city. But suddenly Julie’s car is shot! It was Abraham!
“If you want something done right, you’ll have to do it yourself. At least I got one of them.” Says Abraham.
He opens the door and sees Julie.
“Oh no. Don’t tell me you’re with them!” Says Abraham.
“I had to Dad… You were endangering people’s lives.” Says Julie.
“It was necessary for progress. I’m very disappointed in you. Not only did you betray me but now you just sped up the destruction of your underground city.” Says Abraham.
Back in the underground city, the group realizes that Julie is missing.
“Guys! I think Julie’s been caught!” Says Chuck.
“Will he harm her?” Asks Optimus.
“I don’t think so. He’ll just lock her up.” Says Mike.
Suddenly, the TV turns on…
It was Abraham.
“Everyone, today is the day. The time has come to destroy the underground city! From the ashes a new era will be born!” Says Abraham.
“He’s gone mad!” Says Optimus.
“All those people. He’s gonna do it!” Says Dutch.
“No! We can’t give up! We can’t let it end like this!” Says Mike.
“Then we won’t! We will end Abraham’s tyranny once and for all!” Says Optimus.
“Alright, you have a point.” Says Mike.
Mike goes to the center of the Underground city to all everyone.
“Everyone, for too long Abraham has made our lives miserable! Now he’s going to destroy us. We MUST stand up!” Says Mike.
The people cheer and rally behind him. They all go to their cars and head to the surface.
Meanwhile in the futuristic city, Abraham prepares his robots for the destruction of the underground city.
“I want these robots to be ready as soon as possible.” Says Abraham.
Suddenly one of his scientists runs towards him.
“Sir! We have a problem!” Says the scientist.
“What is it this time?” Asks Abraham.
“I think it best that you see for yourself sir.” Says the scientist.
They look outside and see cars come full throttle their way!
“I’ll bet it’s Mike and that giant robot. Fine then. If they want a war, I’ll give them one.” Says Abraham.
Abraham goes to the next room. Inside the room is a giant mech.
Outside the city, the group drives to Abraham’s Stronghold.
“I have a feeling Abraham’s waiting for us.” Says Mike.
“Then he will not be disappointed.” Says Optimus.
Suddenly the giant mech comes crashing down to the ground quaking the earth below.
The heroes look closely and notice Abraham piloting the contraption.
“Mike. I never imagined you’d go this far.” Says Abraham.
“Abraham, this ends today!” Says Mike.
“For once, I agree. I’m going to destroy your home, and anyone who gets in my way!” Says Abraham.
“You’ve gone mad!” Says Optimus.
“No, I haven’t. I’m the one who makes people safe. If that means taking their freedom, than so be it!” Says Abraham.
“No one should be a slave! We will free this world from your Tyranny!” Says Optimus.
And with that, Optimus and Mike charge at Abraham with stark determination!
Inside of the building, Julie is locked in a room. She observes the battle underway.
“I’ve got to get out of here and help them!” Says Julie.
She uses all of her resources and with her wits finds a way to open the window to leap outside freeing herself!
She leaps to the adjacent window and sees her car.
Back in the battlefield, Abraham continues firing missiles at Optimus and Mike.
Abraham raises the fist of the Mech preparing to launch a devastating attack but suddenly Julie appears and hits the foot of the Mech forcing Abraham to miss!
This gives Optimus time launch a devastating attack of his own and punch the Mech with great fury! Forcing it to fall to the ground.
Abraham, injured, crawls out of the wreckage.
He sees all of his robots being destroyed by the Underground freedom fighters.
“I…hope you’re…satisfied. Because without my leadership…this city will CRUMBLE!” Says Abraham.
“No, Dad. It doesn’t have to be this way. None of this would be happening if you would just STOP!” Says Julie.
“NEVER!!! I’ll never stop!” Says Abraham.
“Why do you have to be so STUBBORN?” Asks Julie.
“Because I always know what is best!” Says Abraham.
Abraham presses a button and the Mech rises!
It flies to the underground city.
“What have you done?!?” Asks Mike.
“It will go to the underground city and Self-Destruct!” Says Abraham.
“Not if we can stop it!” Says Optimus.
And so, Optimus and Mike go towards the giant Mech.
Mike leaps out of his car to run to the Mech.
“I’ll get to the cockpit and try to get it away from the city!” Says Mike.
Optimus leaps to the Mech.
“Hurry! We don’t have much time!” Says Optimus.
Mike uses the cockpit controls to land it out of the sky!
The countdown initiates.
“That’s our cue to go!” Says Mike.
Optimus grabs Mike and cradles him into his chest as they jump out of the Mech!
They land on a building and then look up to see the Mech explode in a giant fireball!
“That, that was a close call…” Says Mike, relieved.
“Indeed it was.” Says Optimus.
The next day, Julie makes an announcement to the city.
“Everyone. My Father came close to destroying the underground city and every innocent life in it. He also abused his power and enslaved you all. But no more. As of today, I am taking over and making everyone’s lives better. Today you are all free.” Says Julie.
The people cheer for her!
She goes to another room and sees her Father, who is now imprisoned.
“Impressive speech.” Says Abraham.
“Dad… I wish things were different.” Says Julie.
“Sometimes, as a leader you have to make difficult choices. There will be a time when you will have to make those decisions yourself.” Says Abraham.
“At least I’ll have my friends with me when that day comes.” Says Julie.
And with that, she leaves.
In the underground city, the group celebrates their victory.
“Alright! We finally did it! We’re awesome!” Says Texas.
“I know! Hard to believe it’s finally over.” Says Chuck.
Mike smiles and goes outside. Optimus waits for him.
“So, now that your war is over. What will you do?” Asks Optimus.
“Don’t know to be honest.” Says Mike.
“Well, I’m sure you’ll figure that out soon. You’re a brave man and a good leader. I look forward to seeing where life takes you.” Says Optimus.
“Yeah, me too.” Says Mike.
And so Optimus and Mike look at the underground city with hope for a brighter future.
