Dr. El was the only one of these guys who never appeared in any TMNT continuity. Napoleon DID appear in the cartoon, but looked more like Genghis and the others than his figure.

Thanks. I was going off of the toys and not the show really. I loved the toys as a kid and wanted to pay homage to the TMNT universe as a whole. THanks again.
