Actually sorry for 2 replies but I think I shaded each piece the way you recommended at different times and I didn’t see how both modifications would look together. And now I 100% see what you’re saying and I think you’re exactly right. Please continue to post things you noticed bc I don’t think I would’ve if you didn’t say so 👌

The shading was definitely a little challenging and I definitely didn’t get it right, but I got as close as I could just by what my eyes alone noticed 😬🤷‍♀️ and I really appreciate the constructive comment so thank you so much!!! I did try lighting the top of the front thigh, but bc the light source was the bottom/back right, it just didn’t look correct. But also maybe I just did it wrong lol I opted for a backlit glow on thigh instead. Likewise with the back flap of her clothes, I actually put a shadow exactly where you recommended at first (great minds think alike!!) and it didn’t look bad, but I imagined the fabric was a bit thinner, and that the sun would come through it. So I got rid of that shadow which maybe I shouldn’t have 😂 especially compared to the front flap. Actually the part of the shading that drove me the most crazy was the leg that is bent behind her, I still think it looks not right. I wish I added a shadow to the top of that thigh but there’s always next time! 😁
