Ren did the lines, flats and background, and I sketched and shaded! It has been sooo much fun developing these two and collabing, I'm always thrilled with the result ;o;

The third, and final phase of the White December was always going to be challenging - this much, Asher knew. He would likely be exhausted, frozen through and through and would sorely miss what he left behind for a month; dreading the responsibilities he had avoided. Worries such as these melted away when he was in Jakob’s company.

The redhead had an uncomplicated, warm aura that lulled his tired mind to rest. That wasn’t to say that this large, handsome man was uninteresting in his simplicity, either - quite the opposite. Asher was fascinated by his calm demeanour, whilst being so easily flustered. Talking to him had proven to be extremely fun.

After so many weeks of seeing similar snowy landscapes, Ash couldn’t help but conjure a future rendezvous between the two in his mind. Somewhere warmer, somewhere they had already mused about. Excitement stirred in him to replace old fears. He wasn’t sure where this was going to go. His heart and mind were torn, but he couldn’t deny that this gentle giant made him feel exceptionally warm in a land so cold.
