It's hard to say - sometimes photos lie in a way
---- I saw this man several months later in another part of town .
He looked similarly dressed - he may just work there - he may have
psychological issues and was thinking about something entirely different
than the store behind him . I just saw him and snapped the photo and
walked on . It's up to the viewer to decide.
