Description
So a little known fact about me is that as a child I was super in love with the Lion King. I didn't know it until recently, but it turns out there's a pretty considerably-sized community of fans on here.
It's pretty clear that I'm a total whore for character designing/creation, so the existence of all those TLK semi-canon characters from the comics and other media is a blessing for me. I've never drawn big cats before, so I did used the Lion King style as a bit of an inspiration, although these are definitely more in "my style" than TLK.

So according to the comics, Mufasa and Scar's father is called Ahadi, and their mother is Uru. I know everybody and their uncle gives a shot at designing them, but I felt like I should also get in on the action. (also idgaf if that guy said Scar and Mufasa aren't actually brothers. You can take them from my cold, dead hands, buddy)

Anyways, in my idea, Uru is the daughter of king Mohatu, and inherits the queenship by blood. Even from a very young age, her parents knew that Uru would make a wonderful queen. She is confident, fun-loving, compassionate, and very clever. She is relatively small, and generally has sharper features. Her pelt and general build are that of Scar, but she posesses Mufasa's nose, eyes, and overall warmth.
Ahadi, on the other hand, was born a rogue and came to the pridelands in his youth. He eventually befriended Uru, and the two became thick as thieves. Ahadi is stoic, brave, perfectionistic, and a little cocky. He may seem harsh, but he truly does love his family. He is a large lion, with a mix of round and sharp features. He has Mufasa's deep golden coat and sturdy build, but with an angular face and harsh green eyes like Scar. His mane is bi-toned - the rim around his face is red like Mufasa's, and the rest is a dark reddish-black.
