Agent of the WPA (World Protection Agency) and a stern but fair combatant, as she generally doesn't kill her foes, but won't hesitate to whenever the situation comes that she should. She enjoys humiliating her opponents, but not to a overly sadistic degree. She's even known to be pretty nice to cooperative and/or pitiable enemies. In her personal life she's a very relaxed and chill surfer-girl who most people wouldn't expect to actually be an agent.
