"Why do I always get stuck with the crazy ones?"I do feel for poor Al, but when it comes to armor design in FMA, I have to say that I probably liked Barry the Chopper's the best. Could have been the fact that it was based on an animal skull, but I don't know for sure.
So, 66 aka Barry belongs to his creators.
