I'm always fascinated how people translate their feelings into something completely different, but still holding a similar emotion.

What I see in this is something beautiful bursting out all at one moment, leaving the ugly and the nasty behind (though the ugly is definitely not shown in here!)

Sorry for the long comment; I just couldn't help myself from telling you what I see   You did a great job!

First, I love long comments. It means you spent time on this piece which says a lot to me.

Yeah, the clash of emotions is where I wasn't sure if the seasonal job was going to hold or not. Also the fear of becoming permanent after having a seasonal position which is something I have never done before. Combined with the baby coming and all of that. So, When i was creating this piece, all of those factors played in the emotions of the abstract fractal.

The blue is the foundation of my life. It's strong but odd. It has growth but not much. It is a calm life with structure and understanding. The red/orange is the explosion of life that is coming in. A sense of unknowns combo-ed with new responsibilities. The dark lines is the fears that are close to my soul. The piece itself is a distraction from the piece in itself. The large areas where your eyes want to go is the illusion while the chaos on the right the true nature of the emotions. I don't feel like the piece is done, but at the same time, you have to know when to quiet. lol
I am glad you liked it.

Congratulations on being a father!!! And I can tell that you work very hard; you'll get where you want to be.  Thanks for sharing, too. It's always an honor to see what goes on inside an artist's mind.
