Early teens. That's why the drink is milk. Her dad's an important man in town, and wouldn't look kindly on her being served anything else.

Ah. Hard to tell. She looks like just a small woman. I would have guessed she was about 17 or so.

Wow! She is so innocent and beautiful but why is she barefoot?

As the client, I may be able to explain this. Bare feet tend to imply innocence, childhood, freedom and the wildness that comes with rejecting social mores. Lynn's a bit of a flower child.

That's all right but why is she wearing some sort of shoes on the other drawings?

Good question. Maybe some evil adult forced her too: they're like that. I could say that the terrain of Orkland is volcanic and high up on the mountains, so frozen and hot at the same time, but she didn't plan to end up there. So yeah, she could have been barefoot in The Fiend Cirmogul , but for sone reason, moccasins were mentioned in the text. She is barefoot in the fairy wood and meeting the Druid on the Rafters if you wish to imagine her so, but not in the Debate scene , because that culture is so staid.

Thank you very much for the comprehensive answer. Lynn is a quite noticeable character and her innocence beseemed her well. You are absolutely right to imagine her as a wild barefoot girl, a flower child. I'm having a very good time reading stories about her. Also I recognise Mr.Gordon (aka dashinvaine) as a noticeable illustrator. I thank both of you!
