First off, this is not Noodle. It's Cyborg/Evil Noodle.
Never thought I'd draw her, though she's my window to younger Noodle.
It's weird though, because, you know, she's a trigger-happy chain smoker and stuff. Anyway, I like this pose, even though it's physically impossible to get your leg up like that (for me, anyway). Her left hand is really weird too.

The background sucks, but yeah 
It really bugs me when people give it/her boobs too >_> Just because Noodle has them. Murdoc modeled it after the Noodle he remembered, who was 15 when they last saw eachother. Muds is a slimy old skank, but I seriously doubt he'd go anywhere near there.
Anyway, enough rambling.

Really well done! I think you mimic the Gorillaz style very well.
Also, I am annoyed when people give cyborg Noodle boobs too. While real Noodle seems to have developed a bit of a chest during her absence, the official artwork does seem to have the android being flat-chested, and I agree with you that Murdoc probably wouldn't have really taken that into consideration when creating her.

Yeah, I think people ignore that and either give her boobs because they think the two look exactly the same, or the overestimate Murdoc's perviness.
