Good Day and Happy Sunday to all of my art friends out there! So, I've finished this painting I've been sharing with you since I painted the sky and mountain. I named this one “California Wildflowers near the Mountain”... Man, can you imagine that the early pioneers, or native American’s who lived in my home state of California may have seen some scenes such as this, even before it was a state, possibly. Maybe, there are still places like this in northern California, like Mt. Shasta, for example. This would be a springtime season, when all of the lovely native wildflowers are in bloom. Such as, California Poppies, and some wild mustered, for example. Anyway, I hope you all like the final painting, it was a fun project for sure!
