My redisign for the latest Project: Rooftop Contest.Sorta rushed this one a bit. So it aint too fancy, but it does exist.
With this one I wanted to dial things back. Not every character can sport a heavy jacket and a bucket of sartorial details, and Invincible is one of them. He has his own superhero tailor, so tights are downright required on this (sorta)Superboy analog. If we're doing tights lets go classic, old school, TOTH! So I set out to do something sporty, and classic. Classic means no fingerless gloves, but hells yeah trunks. Whattaya fellas think?

Thanks man. You can appreciate this: I had literally over a dozen versions of this costume. Color combo's and slight changes of proportion. This one was settled on in literally the last moment possible and I'm already second guessing the outcome. I'm going to post the others.

There's a touch of Vaporman in there. I loved the way Toth blocked out black areas. Like Superman's trunks, and his Three musketeer designs. Created great balance and was a easy/effective graphic conceit.

Agreed, it's one of those instances where an artist makes something looks so incredibly easy only because he's so damn skilled.

NICE! I love the train of thought description there. And yeah, the look is totally Space Ghost (one of the best designs EVER), but retains it's own identity. Well played.

Love the I with the blue, the collar is a nice revision of the i too.
