This particular stamp is directed at people in the forums, specifically ones that constantly complain about this site.

One thing I don't understand is people who hate DeviantArt so much and do nothing but complaint about what's wrong with the site, and yet they still insist on staying here. I've got news for these people: you're always free to leave this site. No one's forcing you to stay on DeviantArt. If you really hate being here this much, then you can always leave. If anything, complainers leaving would be better since it would just give people who actually like being here a less toxic environment. I like being on DeviantArt, and (for the most part) I'm comfortable here. While I have noticed that the forums' quality has declined considerably, I prefer to focus on my art and check for updates on a regular basis. (I also try to avoid toxic assholes like TheCunningCondor and ToonEGuy - the former in particular really made me feel like shit. I've blocked both of them and I refuse to unblock them.) But given that staying here is not mandatory and that websites don't force you to stay if you hate them. If you really want to leave DeviantArt, then just do it.
