Hi there!

I have a question:
I read the 4th volume of a manga (shojo): "Lovely complex".
At the end, there's a story about "curry bear". It is said that it is a speciality from Hokkaido.
One of the character buy a can of curry in a little shop.

I would like to know something:
Is it really bear meat?!? (It would very nice to have an answer to this existencial question! lol! Seriously I would like to know!)
How is it made?
Does it have a good taste?
