Awesome work on the shaggy vulture-feathers, and crazy vulture-eye. The perspective in this drawing is particularly good; drawing animals at a 3/4 to head-on angle is always tricky to get right, but you managed it perfectly here.
Two things you could have done better, though, are placement --move the bird a little to the right, or add more details on that side, since the drawing is very "weighted" to the left at present-- and the foreground --a bit more lines, more shadow under the bird, and particularly more shadow under the feet to help ground the whole piece.

Well, the drawing is technically bigger, but there were shadows on the simple boring background on the left, so i cropped it out.
Yes, I really don't pay much attention to that. Maybe I should fix that.
