I like how this woman looks in a heavy contrast to her hand. Her body language says "I have something devious to tell you, come closer". and her hand says "Maybe I shouldn't tell you" either because she herself has changed her mind, or if she has to keep up appearances.
I also feel the duality of this artwork because of the colouring. This woman's body and hair fits together under similar shading, but her hand stands out, whiter than the rest of her skin tone. It creates emphasis.
I feel this piece is a lot deeper in meaning than it may first appear.
