I want to start off by saying that I love this shot. You didn't leave too much to the imagination which is good but you did leave enough to keep me wondering what the model is portraying in her expression. I like the mystery behind this shot as well. I'm not sure if that is what you were going for but you really captured something I don't see in a lot of imagery.
However, it is a bit difficult to assume from the title exactly what the context of this image is meant to convey. Although I prefer to leave that up to my perception.
I am very intrigued with this photo. It makes me wonder what you do to come up with these shots. I mean, the model's expression, her eyes, the light and contrast, you captured a lot of it perfectly. I can honestly see this in the Museum of Modern Art.

Wonderfully pained scene. It's I love the way the bedding echoes the wrinkles in her expression, it's such a powerful effect. The washed pallid hues are a classic choice but you've really used them well. concentrated in the face it accentuates the story of the piece.

Intense. You can really feel the fear in the eyes of what could/will/did happen when she sleepwalks (at least that's my interpretation).

Consumed I feel the rage - Growing inside me - I will not get tired - I have come to question every truth I know. The lyrics of Parkway Drive's Sleepwalker fit very well the expression you have chosen for this very expressive self portrait. Very nice!
