First of all the overall picture is quite impactful. As with all of your work, it has a lot of emotion. That mixed with your beauty and skillfulness with the camera, creates a wonderful picture.
I enjoy the format of a square image. It adds to the drama that the wheat (I think that's what plant that is?) gives off-- fanning out of frame. Also the positioning of your face, just slightly off center, as if being pushed by the wheat, continues to add to the overall composition. The fact that some of the wheat is in the foreground and is out of focus while some being in the ground and focused is a nice touch.
The image is in black and white (and I don't sense any hint of coloring) however due to the wheat being a subject of the image, I feels as if there could be a light sepia wash. Not something directly seen, but conveyed through the feeling of the image. I enjoy this warm feeling in an otherwise cold image. I say cold, because your face is strikingly devoid. Somehow, even though I feel it it is devoid, the whole image still has a lot of emotion.
Onto the technical. As I said earlier, I feel that your composition and use of camera are very good. Another thing very well done is the lighting- just enough, but not too much, and placed in an excellent way. I do have some issues with your post op, which I see in many of your pictures.
There seems to be much over editing withing photoshop. Normally I don't mind photoshop enhancements when done naturally, but I do not believe yours to be done so. Inconsistencies, like skin smoothing near your chin and mouth, but not near your eyes and eyebrows, makes parts of your face look fake, while others unfinished.
Additionally, while your lighting is excellent, it seems that you went in and drew over parts of your face to add extra lighting/shadows. Areas such as your eyes, eyelashes, eyebrows, a rim of light on your nose, and your lips look drawn and not natural. I spent a good five minutes just trying to figure out if this was a digital drawing or a photo, and was surprised to see that it was classified as a photo. Another area that looks like it could be drawn are areas of the wheat.
I am a digital artist, so I believe these areas to be drawn on due to my own experience from my work. If I am wrong, they definitely seem to be that of some kind of after effects. My only note, then, is of the post-op techniques, whatever you are doing- be it drawn on or some other kind of effect, it is coming off unnatural.
Some of my favorite images that you produce are the raw ones- ones with very little post-op.
That being said, this is an excellent image that just has a few minor things that could be adjusted to make it stronger.

I think she takes the photo then draws overtop of it. Look at the eyelashes and lips. There's white highlights and black drawn lines.
