Glad you like them! I don't have anything like that for download I'm afraid as 90% of them are just free ones available through the Autodesk Sketchbook brush library, but I could point you towards the name of the sets I downloaded if that helps?
If I ever do make a downloadable brush set I'll let you know

How did you get panel one to look like panel two? It looks like you blended it? Or blurred it?
