This is so beautiful. Visual direction of the subject is perfect for this and the foliage is amazing. I love the detail of how you put some weeds and tall grass at the front of the painting to show overgrowth. I also really like the ferns you painted up behind her. I simply adore ferns.

Tree's give rather wooden testimony at the best of times but in this case it will be especially hard as the tree is dead and well beyond giving a sheet!
