Ribbons of fire and crackling plasma swirled in harmony around her slender frame, guided by motions of her hand. None but the most adept sorcerers could wield such power with her intuitive elegance. Though merely an apprentice, Casey had glimpsed the intricate beauty within chaos itself, and bent its fury to her enlightened will. In her eyes one could see reflections of a brighter future, if only more would seek understanding between all peoples.
