Solstice stood up, addressing the small crowd before her. “Thank you all for coming on short notice! As you all may know, thanks to Mr. Regigigas, a new labyrinth entrance has been discovered. Our job today is to fill out all of the paperwork in preparation for the upcoming expedition, and we really don't have much time. I need you all to start filling out these papers as quickly as you are able, so hop to it!”

After her little speech, everyone in the room went to work. Some of them were able to fill out their forms at high speed, others with multiple appendages or psychic abilities filling out multiple papers at once. Among them, team Memento was hard at work.

“You think we're going to have to do this every time there's a expedition?” Asked Lennon as he blazed through the paperwork. He was quick enough with the pen to get it done quickly and efficiently.

“Nah... pretty sure we won't,” replied Manus. He had several papers floating in the air around him, all separately being filled out. “This is not something we would like to do on a regular basis.”

“At least it's better than working for Archimedes,” one of the other pokemon pointed out.

“Yea, how can anyone stand working for him?” said another.

“Well,” started Manus, but Lennon interrupted him.

“Don't do it Manus.”

“Ok, ok...” It seemed like Manus would not say anything farther, until he dropped everything he was doing, leaped onto a desk at the center of the room, and burst into song. “Weeeellll,

“Manus, stop!” Lennon leapt after the Spiritomb, who started dancing around the room while keeping the Gligar at bay with Psychic. Manus did not lose the beat and just kept on going.

As Manus finished, Lennon was finally able to grab him by the stone and knocked on it a couple times, causing the Spiritomb to waver. The other pokemon in the room were laughing, including Solstice, who was giggling while she was still filling out the forms. All of the commotion stopped, however, as Archimedes entered the room.

“What's going on in here?” He asked, “I thought I heard singing.”

“Oh nothing, we're just enjoying ourselves.” quickly replied Solstice, “Don't you have a Snorlax to take care of?”

The Inkay's eyes grew wide, then he flew off down the hall. A loud snore echoed into the room, followed by the sounds of a crash as Lennon shut the door. The whole room burst into laughter once more as everyone went back to work, with a couple humming the tune. Time would pass quickly for them as they all finished their work.
