(This takes place, we'll say, a few weeks before Lightning and Bella fell down that cliff and made the bet)

Lightning trotted around the streets on Wynsiph, Robyn close on her heels as she clucked.

A young green wyngling sat a few feet away, looking up at the sky. Lightning spotted their wings and her eyes beamed. She immediately ran over.

"Hi, I saw that you have some wings and I know this encounter is really random but I just had to ask if you can fly." Lightning asked, slightly taking the other gro by surprise.

"I mean, I havent tried yet." The gro chirped.

"Oh. Well I'm Lightning" Lightning stuck out her claw for a pawshake. The other gro looked at her hesitantly before shaking it. "Grassflower. And who's this puckoo? Is she yours?"

"Mhm! That's my first mate and hatch buddy, Robyn. Say 'hi' Robyn." Lightning introcuded her pet.

The puckoo clucked derpily as Lightning picked her up.

"Aww, that's adorable! Wanna go get a snack?" Grassflower asked, standing up. "That sounds great!" Lightning agreed.
