The 14th of July, we light lanterns to symbolize the gathering of the revolutionaries and walk through cities or woods to see fireworks. It’s called "La retraite aux flambeaux". It’s always practiced in my little city so I went yesterday and there was kids and all. This was absolutely adorable and kinda beautiful.
I love traditions.

J'adore le design des personnages ! Par contre, c'est marrant, mais les flambeaux, chez moi, on le fait pas au 14 juillet, mais plutôt à l'automne, un peu avant Halloween.

punaise mais j'ai jamais fait ça moi ! Pourtant je viens pas d'une grande ville. C'est ptet régional, ou dans les tout ptits bleds, ou alors je m'en souviens juste plus
