The Velveteen rabbit was one of my favorite stories as a kid. Thinking about it more now, it was quite a sad story, in and of itself. I thought it suited Withered Bonnie well.Β

After researching the story of the Velveteen Rabbit a bit, I've come to realize how suiting it was to Bonnie. It's just such a sad story.
I like how this looks like a page right out of a kid's book, with the style you did on it. Also, you used light colors to create a dark picture. 
Anyways, I really love it. :>

yeah. But if you think about it a lot of children's books are very sad or horrifying if you take another look at it. like have you ever heard of the original Cinderella story? (I don't know if Cinderella was made for kids or if Disney turned it to a kids thing)

I really love a similar story from when I was young. . . I remember the story, the kid forgot his plushy, the plushy felt sad and he died, wishing be real so his owner would remember him, at the end he died.
The end says that a blue and white bunnie once entered the garden and played with the kid, but then left and never came back.As the kid finally remembered his ex-beloved plushie. . .
