This is Garberion IV Greggorus Falstir - the Noble, father of these three and previous king of Colderra:

He's not alive tho. His rule (as is usual for Colderrian kings) ended by assassination. He was murdered by nagian Cult of Judges.

Bit of lore: He was 6th king in line of Falstirs, son of Garberion III. He was raised since birth to be king, he had no 'special education' like his sons did (Danarion is paladin, Mikelon is mage).

He is remembered as one of greatest kings of Colderra, who made the land great and led people though severe times. He finished walls around Zindar and put base for network of public transport. He put great emhpasis on building of strong army and good roads across realm for fast travel. He achieved piece on borders with Land of Ogres and conquered first parts of Freezing Wildeness.
