I think I MIGHT be able to do the whole inktober. Though.. quality may drop after 3rd so yeah.

the resident kiddos in the Lower Streets of the Skiefarien City. The people there originally were stuck as Rips often occured within the area and caused mutations and such from the radiation, so the whole Lower Streets area was quarantined. The City eventually started to neglect and refuse to provide supplies to the Lower Streets, resulting in extreme violence and fighting over the remaining food that was available. People became savages, rape and disgusting acts of various sorts became common as there was no authority to keep them safe from each other or stop them. People and families and gangs would fight, even kill others over animals they found to eat.

Eventually some decided it was a waste to simply leave a large, though boney still consisting of meat, adult they killed over for a rat and decided they shouldn't waste any potential food and decided to also consume the people they killed in their squabbles. This trend spread and became common among the Lower Streets, and further drove the people in the City to fear them and maintain the barrier between the two parts of the City.
