There is this candy store that has one rule: If you're talking on the phone and don't notice that the line is going, they can get your place.

I hate to be that guy, I do it as fast as I can but Starbuck's menu is very complex, there are very many options and I don't go there very often. Even when I finally order they ask additional questions which confuse the hell out of me and have no idea how to answer. The most frustrating part is that I can't look at the menu from a distance, Starbucks places their menus in such a way that the queue get's in the way. I don't actually take too long, maybe slightly more than the experienced coffee maniac but I always end up feeling like I didn't get enough time to order properly and easily could take three full minutes ordering, asking questions. THE END

I kind of feel bad for the barista, because now she's going to get to deal with the completely pissed off customer while Cellphone Guy doesn't even realize what he's done.

The irony is that he probably ordered the same thing he orders every day.

I don't really like coffee shops but I am totally the guy with the phone when I go to a fast food restaurant so I just stand to the side and oogle while I let others order

Don't you just hate this kind of people who stand in front in the cashier and don't know what they want and stand there like idiots for hours? DX

Minnie-Salinas [2015-11-07 00:14:28 +0000 UTC]

If it's allowed at your workplace I'd suggest making a pot to buy a coffee maker/Kureig. Saves a load on headaches.

basakward In reply to Minnie-Salinas [2015-11-07 01:31:58 +0000 UTC]

Oh, believe me. The bulk of the coffee I drink is made at home. I just get astounded when someone is waiting in line for 5 minutes, and doesn't know what they want when it's their turn. Haha!

Schnuron [2015-11-06 23:49:36 +0000 UTC]

Does that happen to you? Oh shit.

Anyway, it's a good sketch of what you drew your attitude and the woman employee's expression, though.

happychipmuk [2015-11-06 23:44:09 +0000 UTC]

That's why it's best to make it at home.

I know how you feel bro! I love how you have the dude on the phone as well. Most of the time, its "cell" people that always tend to do this or just waste peoples time.Ā
