Okay, folks it's start the next contest! This time we're focusing on pirates! Now this one is a bit more context sensitive so we're going to have a little more in the way of rules.

What we're looking for needs to be evident within the picture itself in some capacity.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-A pirate is a nomadic brigand. They travel by sea, sky or space. A ship is essential to them.
-Many pirates are awesomely flamboyant.
-They are prone to over the top action, outrageous parties and powerful declarations of freedom, etc.
-We do love the classic age of pirates, with early gunpowder weapons and cutlasses, wooden ships, hanging out in the Caribbean.
-However, variations are certainly welcome! Examples, include fantasy, steampunk, science fiction etc. However, I need to emphasize that it needs to be obvious that they are pirates!
-Some may be tempted to have them fighting ninja. That's fine. We won't dock you any points for that, so to speak. However, do not assume that it will win you any either.

What we do not want!

-Modern pirates. We're not comfortable portraying modern pirates in a positive light.
-Internet hacking, illegal streaming, etc. No. We're talking bold adventurers journeying for adventure. Not ripping off intellectual properties.

Basically, have fun! Be creative!

-MAKE IT BADASS!
-It has to be a new drawing, created for this contest.
-No limit on submissions per participant (You are able to win more then one prize).

No problem. Just be sure to credit everyone in the description of the picture.
However, in the event that you win a prize I would have to evenly divide the prizes between you. Doing it otherwise would be prone to a lot of potential abuse.
