Personality
Hanial is an isolated, but not lonely individual. They spend almost all of their time away from humans deep in nature, enjoying their freedom from the pressures of society. They are a quiet, distant soul, who prefers to remain silent and observe from afar rather than directly interacting with things. If they do choose to interact with people, they are very shy and tend to hide themselves in a human form so they don’t draw attention to themselves. Although they are mostly kind and gentle, they are incredibly defensive of the areas they consider their idea, and will work against human intrusions into wilderness indirectly using their powers. While they are kind and love the beauty of untamed wilderness, they understand the harshness of it as well, and they will display this harshness when bothered or angered. Overall, if you respect them they will show respect to you.

Abilities
Hanial can emanate an aura of wilderness. It will make most humans within its range feel lost and isolated as if they are far away from civilisation and that they are deep within nature. They can make someone feel as if they are being hunted by a predator or in danger of getting lost to drive them away, or can draw them in closer, leading them to places far away from civilisation to show people the true beauty of the wilderness.

History
Hanial was born a very lonely individual. Growing up, they often felt like an outsider and struggled to make friends throughout their school years. They spent most of their time by themselves going on walks and drawing. They felt a very close connection to nature, and as they grew into an adult they found themselves going on hikes and expeditions into increasingly isolated and wild places. Their art focused on nature, and eventually they managed to make a small living as an artist, enough to scrape by and support their hikes.

For a while they lived happily like this, enjoying being isolated in nature as they felt they were meant to be, and only having to interact with people when needed. The isolation of nature was comforting to them, they felt truly alive observing life as it played out around them uninterrupted by human civilisation. They still felt that they should try and make connections with people, so they shared their art with others to try and establish the relationships they thought they lacked.

However, they slowly began to grow tired of drawing and creating for other people, and as they moved closer to actualisation they started to realise that they belonged in nature, and didn’t have to be constantly pleasing other people. They became a wanderer, venturing deep into the wilderness like they always felt they should have, free from the burdens of trying to connect to people they didn’t understand. They wandered the wilderness for months, slowly learning how to survive away from society. Eventually they found themselves deep within a forest with no intention of ever returning to an area of human habitation. It was here they actualized, finding peace within a place they felt understood them.

Description of Abstraction
Their Abstraction begins as a deep, dark forest. The trunks appear stretch up infinitely, blotting out the sky with massive branches. This forest would take days to navigate for a regular person, as the forest floor is covered with plants, bushes, and thorns which snag at clothes, and exposed roots which are very easy to trip on. Parts of the forest are boggy, and it is easy to fall into a deep pond or muddy patch. The only sure way to find your way through the forest is to follow the river which runs through. Eventually, this river leads to an expansive meadow of wildflowers, a brilliant sun shining down. In the distance, colossal mountains rise. Beneath them the river runs into a shimmering lake. In this lake is a tall rocky island, covered by a few sparse trees, which provides a good vantage point of the entire abstraction. Nothing man made appears in their abstraction unless they desire it.
