Okay, this is really impressing.
First, the vision. It's not that good rated because it's a pretty easy angle, it's not a challenging perspective or anything, but you clearly master it. Focusing on the head of the character so it doesn't get confusing is a good idea, despite the piece being all red, we can still understand well what's happening.
I was pretty stuck for the originality ; demonic creatures are pretty common in drawing but this artwork got my eye on first glance. Something about it made me feel like I had to take a look at it. I'm not sure of what it is : maybe the colors, which are well balanced, or maybe the character itself, that seemed appealing to me.
The technique gets five stars because I can't think about any mistake that I could point out. The fur looks gorgeous, it seems just so soft and fluffy, balancing with the sharpness of the head and horns. I can't tell if its face is made out of skin or out of scales, but it's really well done and suits the demonic aspect really well. I also have to say I love the horns, they look so dangerous, but at the same time they're not because of the angle of the "spikes".
The shading/lighting effects are really cool. The light on the fur makes it look like it's on fire, and I don't know if you planned this too but, it also makes the neck underneath apparent (or at least its shadow). This little detail makes the fur look even softer and lighter, since seeing something through it would imply it's very thin. The cracking marks on the cheek may be a little strange shaped, but they still get that good effect. The glowing eye is also a really cool feature, emphasizing the hell atmosphere you gave to your drawing.
I don't know what the little moon is for, but its glowing effect is really well done, it looks really warm and in opposition to the usual cold vision we have of it. The little particles floating in the air are also a nice touch.
The impact now. As I said earlier, this piece got my eye very fast, it has a good impact, we want to have a closer look when we see the thumbnail. Everything looks very warm and cosy, even though the creature on the drawing kinda looks like it could eat you alive if you approach it.
To conclude, it's overall a really good artwork. Nice technique, you know what you're doing, but maybe you can try to work on some harder angles since you're really good at simple ones already !

Thank you so much! I used PaintToolSAI (the original/first version of the program) and my old Wacom tablet!
I made use of overlay layers to mark out the colours and where the “glows” would be and painted over them to refine them~

my only thought before making this was “what if a crescent moon was inside of a horn”
And I managed to get to this! It’s amazing honestly, one little thought and 700+ favs ;; I never thought I’d get anywhere near as much!

Add in little tiny bits that Suggest detail but really are just blobs of colour, eventually you find the right pattern that makes something look the way it should, like magic
