I've just had this sitting in my message alerts for a while because I hadn't been able to allocate the time to comment, but each day that I got on and glanced over at this picture, it put a little smile on my face. I think that this very well may be one of your greatest paintings ever... but that is purely subjective, I suppose. It's just so serene - surreally organic. Maybe when I need to 'go to my happy place,' I'll try to imagine this. xD There's just something about such pure rays of light peering through a forest canopy...
