Hey, at least i've managed the 'Night effect' better than the on chapter one. I used a different approach, instead of using th filter, i used the color balance reference. Page 3 will be most disturbing.

wich programs you use to get the night-effect?
is there a program that can color hand-drawed pic?

For this i used photoshop, i think i went to 'color balance' and on the 'window' that appeared, i put -100 on the 2 first options and +100 on the last one. And i got the 'night effect'.
Not sure, but for that i use the 'bucket' on photoshop to color any pic i want.
