He's hovering over a circle of blue fire as it's his color manifestation. The EYE of his chest can morph into something else related to his owner, hence the wings.

And please.... he's no Tony Stark.... for that, the boy needs to be a genius and he's not. I love him. We composed this kid way before i ever knew WHO Stark was. He came up a bit too skinny but my irresponsibility took the best of me. I own Hellsing.
