Description
"Sereno's Boar"Kaprosuchus saharicus. An acrylic painting I recenly did of a Kaprosuchus. It is one of two croc themed paintings I did in the same week in early September (the other needs a bit of a modification).
I worked on this a bit during some hospice volunteer training I went for during that month. This piece was meant to illustrate how we thought of Kaprosuchus during its initial description, though there is little evidence to back up its long leggedness.
Completed in September 2017,
Done using acrylics and color pencils.
