It was my goal to simply capture the pure beauty of this young lady. With various colour schemes such as the greens in the background and her eye makeup, as well as the pink in her top and lip colour, I framed her face in order to draw attention to her eyes. It was essential for me to ensure her eyes are in complete clarity, being the focal point of the image. Due to the simplicity of the photo, her natural beauty shines through. I ensured that attention was essentially drawn to her facial features by keeping a very low depth of field, allowing her surroundings to fade into the background. The tones, highlights and shadows of the photo allows the photo to obtain a calm and joyful sentiment.
