She's standing by her favorite spot on the beack, where she found Link washed up on shore. The music notes are there because, for those who haven't played the game, she loves to sing and everyone loves to hear her song "the Ballad of the Wind Fish". I found the notes by ear that sounded like it and wrote them in the background. ^ ^
