Oh, the irony! This Regime guard must be used to being the dominant one. Now she's the one being dominated! I love the juxtaposition here. She's wearing (most of) her uniform, a symbol of dominance... while she's wearing that, she's also gagged with tape and rope-forced into a hogtie, which is a submissive, helpless position. That's already two marks of being dominated (three if you count the rope and hogtie pose separately). There's another one present, in the form of her being stripped of her boots (and socks, I assume; perhaps they're stuffing her mouth!), leaving her bare feet exposed and vulnerable. Not only has she been stripped of her power-asserting (and protective) boots, but being forced barefoot drives the point home that she is now the dominated one. Plus, it just looks so sexy.

Her expanding baton, another would-be item of power, lies on the floor next to her, like it's teasing her. It reminds her, and others, that she once had power, but not now.

Also, those angry eyes and eyebrows are done perfectly, and highly fitting.

Now, all she can do is struggle. She might eventually free herself, but constantly angry-mmphing through her gag may just tire her out. She's welcome to keep mmphing, though.
