Thanks! Itβs difficult to explain, Iβm 100% self taught , although I did my best to study every possible approach to painting, over the years. I think that is both experience and instinct, you just keep painting until it feels βrightβ. I donβt use photo references, Iβm not looking for a photo realistic result, I like to see the brush strokes here and there.
