Despite being completely blind Prof. Rosealine Remington knew exactly what was around her or who. She didn't let her disability get the better of her nor let others treat her differently for it either. The class of first years were quick to find out that even their terrifying Potions teacher Prof. Severus Snape held her in high honors.
In fact so long as she hovered close to students having trouble they seemed shielded by their main Professors ire for a split time. That wasn't to say she wasn't also incredibly short when one made too many mistakes, however. It was just strange to see a graduate of Slytherin have the personality of a Hufflepuff most of the time.
