Abilities: Skilled in many forms of conventional weaponry, hand-to-hand combat, thievery, assassination, and technological hacking.

Paraphernalia: Andre wears a suit that is designed by S.E.A.D. that treats the needs of his body. It is a bio-organic substance, that acts on the hosts impulses, desires, needs, or wants. Although this suit has helped Andre through the years, it is still unable to completely stop down his rapid aging. It is however able to slow it down to an almost normal pace.
